Ok, first, @SiloFinance has made a great product. Second, I've deposited $YFI that you can borrow by depositing $crvUSD collateral, if you want to open an on-chain short (good luck!). Third, the $crvUSD yield is good for depositors between borrowing + $CRV incentives from Silo.

A nice overview of how risk-isolation gives lenders agency in managing their own risk. Silo is actually composed of multiple individual markets - all of which are independent from each other. You only take exposure that you want to take.
